I ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain date for a clients anniversary. They flowers did not arrive and I went on line to cancel the order. The flowers arrived the following day and I was charged- even though I cancelled the order. I called the number associated with the charge on my statement. I couldn't the person I was speaking with and asked to speak with someone else. The next person on the line had the same accent and had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying. She finally agreed to credit my account but my level of frustration was through the roof. I won't be using them again.
