Ok, I have a ten yr old boy who likes to watch different youtubers that play games online and offer reviews etc. He had been watching them play "PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS " and talked me into buying it for him through steampowered.com.

Bottom line, it never worked from the get go, constantly lagged etc... completely in-playable. My son was very upset and I felt badly. I tried everything I could, researched online for fixes etc., read a lot of other complaints as well. Anyway, I looked for a refund through paypal which was denied. Surprise!

I'm guessing that unless you have a very powerful gaming laptop, you'll have the same issues.

Real issue is these companies paying these youtubers to play their games and promote it to the kids... Welcome to the 21st century!

I just realized they've been charging me $19.99 a month since the initial purchase I made for 99cents. I called them, they said it was a promotional purchase and since I didn't respond to their email after 7 days to cancel, they just started billing me $19.99 a month. A little shady I'd say...
