NEVER BOOK WITH EXPEDIA AND AFFILIATES

BEWARE when booking for travels with EXPEDIA. I have made sure no one I work with, who works for me, my friends and family... EVER BOOK WITH EXPEDIA. This was the worst booking experience for the following reasons:

1. The site booked me at a nearby hotel option which turnout out to be 2+ hours away;

Spoke with representative # 1 (case id # S#*******) concerning booking a fight and reward points. The representative could not locate any reward points under my email address or name. The representative continued to assist me and was very helpful and explained that he could not find my travels from August 29,2014 (Itinerary # **************). I asked to speak with a Manager # (case # E-*******), she was able to see that I did have 584 point in the system, but could not find the reward points for the travels in August 29,201 (Itin#**************). She asked that I get the itinerary number and call back. I requested the she document the conversation in your system. The manger explained that with my itinerary number that they would be able to find the reward point in the system, because Expedia keeps all itinerary numbers in the system could not stem. Not once told did the manager indicate that my account maybe deactivated.

I located the itinerary and called back Expedia. The representative # 2 (did not file a case for the call). The representative was rude and disrespectful. After I give her the back ground of the situation she immediately began to state that I did not have any reward points. I requested that she look up the notes for my previous call. She became defensive and said that there was no reward points. I asked to speak with a Manager and she told me that they would tell me the same. She stated that she would transfer me to her supervisor and I asked for a Manager. Again she stated they are the same thing. I did inform her that I was going to letter about her treatment of customers. I am very displeased with the level of poor service from this Representative.

The representative transferred me to Richard (Emp # *******). Pre Richard (case #E-*******) says that I did not have Expedia Reward account. I provided him with itinerary number and my email address and he could not find the account and placed on hold for about 2 min and came back said that my account the account was not active until August, 2016. I told him that I have Expedia statement for reward points dating back to October of 2014. Upon questioning him about the account he stated that I did have an account as of or (maybe) June 14,2016 or August 15,2016. The account may have been deactivate because I did not book a reservation with Expedia in 2015. I was never advised that the account was being deactivate or closed. Richard was transferring the call to a Manager name Rosie and the call was dropped and no one called back.

I am requesting the upper management contact me immediately.
