“Over 2 months still haven't received bedding”

I ordered a Mickey and Minnie comforter set over two months ago. I still have received. When you call the number they have it is a google number so you know it is just for messages. I have emailed but just get an automated response back. I paid $115 and I am afraid I will never see the bedding or the money.
