The self-assessment report and customized interview responses, in no uncertain terms, describe me to a tea. I've taken the M. A. P. P. assessment and, until now, was happy with the 75% that I agreed with. I used to think it was a fairly good descriptor of who I am, but more interesting to read than useful but it pales in comparison next to the two reports ISF generated about me Not only did ISF nail me and the worker that I am, it worded everything in a brief, easily understood way that will be highly usable for me in many aspects. No part of either report sounds canned or too "smooth" to be believable. Bottom line? I no longer fear having to sell myself, which, until now, has always been difficult for me. Best money I've ever spent--by far!
