The ordered product arrived as agreed and was very well packaged. Customer service was flexible, professional and friendly. The only negative thing is the long delivery times due to component shortages. The company is reliable which is not taken for granted in these crazy Crypto days.

This company has not provided my order or refunded my money. When I make official complaint they disappear and stopped to response on email. I reported the scam to the Police of Finland and Action Fraud (London Police) yesterday.

DO NOT send any crypto currencies to this company. On March 6,2021, I ordered six (6) ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics cards from British Miners and paid the rest of the purchase price on March 18,2021.

I have sent repeated inquiries to the seller about the order and the mail tracking code. I have heard the ridiculous explanations such as: "We have to inform you that due to force majeure circumstances, which happened because of the closure of the Suez Canal by the ship Ever Given, which ran aground on March 23, the guaranteed time for sending orders will be put off to April 10. The traffic along the Suez Canal in Egypt was resumed after a container ship, which blocked it for almost a week, was finally released by Rescue teams on March 29."

They play for time and come up with some amazing stories about why the ordered product is delayed as explained above.

Don't believe their lies, but file a crime report to get these criminals legally held accountable and compensate customers for the financial losses what they criminal act is caused.

So far (order placed and fully paid in 18. 3. 2021) nothing has happened by 1. 5. 2021. I have not received my products or refund.

These scammers/fraudsters took also my money and when I make official complaint they disappear and they stopped to response on email and WhatsApp. This fraud case is now in European Consumer Centre and I will today make an fraud report to Fraud Action (London Police).
