Pet's Best pet insurance is adequate for our pets needs. The premiums and deductibles are reasonable for the coverage and the reimbursement for claims is timely and accurate. The cost has gone up over time as most insurance policies do but not significantly as to cause me to cancel the policies. The best part about this coverage is the free real time pet advice chat or phone consultation offered. It has been a big help for us having three cats that sometimes have medical issues we cant decipher. The service is included in your premium and the representatives are professional, empathetic and diligent. I have often received a call back from the Veterinary expert a day or two later after the initial conversation as they inquire about the condition or progress of my cat. This type of service is greatly appreciated by people that obsess over their pets like me. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs medical insurance coverage and care assistance for their pets.

Each time I go on Home Depot.com I see more unavailable items listed than available ones. I'm spending time scrolling through stuff they cant even sell me. Some items listed aren't even available for delivery only or delivery to a store. This is very time consuming and frustrating when you need a certain thing but have to search through a bunch of mess to find it. On another note most of the time the "in stock" counts are way way off as to what's available in the stores as well on many many items. You can not count on the information on the Home Depot web site. Frustrating :(

Each online purchase has resulted in delivery of the proper high quality items ordered as advertised on their site. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking to repair or restore an early classic Ford Bronco.

I took my cat to Banfield Pet Hospital for second vaccination booster shot located inside of a PetSmart store in northern CA. I had made this appointment months prior after an initial first visit to this hospital for a first vaccination. I was offered their Banfield Pet Wellness Package at that time but declined and asked to pay as I go. The first vac visit required an exam and or office visit as well as the costs of medicines. I agreed to this the first time but also asked at that time if I would have to pay the exam fee again when I returned for the inexpensive vaccination booster shot. The answer was no I would not have to pay an exam fee for the next vaccination booster visit. Well that was a lie. When I was checking out from the second appointment the clerk billed me for the booster, dewormer, (which I didn't even ask for) and an office visit exam that never took place. This brought the otherwise $28.00 total bill to $135.00. I was pissed. I asked if they gave my cat a dewormer without my consent. They said yes. I just glared at them. I also asked about the added exam fee and the fact that my cat was inside the hospital for less than 10 minutes. I also pointed out as nicely as possible that I will not be paying for services unrequested such as the dewormer or the exam fee. The employee then went in search of the doctor. Then a very young Veterinary assistant came out and began to explain they had to examine the cat prior to vaccination and dewormer therefore the $54.00 dollar charge. I as calmly as possible told them that an employee assured me last visit that I would not have to pay the exam fee when brining the cat back for the booster and I also never approved any dewormer to be administered to my cat here ever at any time. They looked confused and befuddled then said "give me a minute" then went over and began talking to the desk clerk. They came back and said that it was a mistake and they would remove the deworming from my bill. I agreed. I then attempted to reduce the cost of the office visit or get it removed as a courtesy to me for the terrible service and misleading statements made by employees prior. They refused. I payed the amount they requested but I shall NEVER RETURN! :( Disgusted

I purchased a Superlift K126 4 inch suspension lift kit for my truck on Walmart.com. The photos and description for the item as well as the part number advertised was for a complete K126 lift kit. The price was lower than any other retailer found so I went ahead and purchased it on the Walmart web site. Walmart was the seller/provider and not some other independent seller. When the item arrived the box contained only two 4 inch lift spindles minus approximately 40 other parts included in a full Superlift K126 4 inch lift kit. I requested a replacement from Walmart.com citing exactly that I did not receive a full lift kit. Walmart then resent the item based upon my original order number. They requested I send back the first errant item. I did this within 2 days. No refund issued/required due to replacement en route. I then a few days later received the second corrective shipment of my purchase. I upon seeing the box immediately knew it was the same exact two 4 inch lift spindles inside. Now I have to arrange return for this item as well. I also concurrently contact Walmart and inquire as to why I am not receiving a "complete" Superlift K126 4 inch lift kit as described and pictured for the price advertised on line. The response from Walmart was that after researching the title, photos and on line description of the item as well as the pricing shown they determined it was an erroneous ad with erroneous pricing therefore they had the right via their online user agreement to not honor the price as advertised. All items were returned eventually and Walmart refunded all my money. Just a big hassle and waste of time for me from Walmart's stupid mistake. Not pleased. :(

I have attempted twice to order a floor jack on the Pep Boys web site for local delivery to a store for payment and pick up. Each time the online service verifies the pick up order but after 6 weeks I still have not received any notification that either order for the items has arrived for pick up. I understand the delays due to Covid19 but this seems a bit excessive. I wonder if because I am selecting the pay in store option upon pick up if the system is downgrading my order for delayed or late fulfillment. It matters because the price online is $45 cheaper when ordered online as a special. If I cannot actually get one at this price on line then its pointless to advertise it on line and very misleading. Disappointed.

Lets start at the beginning. I ordered 1 bed mat on CARID. They billed me for 2. I immediately cancelled order on line. They still sent me both. They also still took the money for both. Then I had to arrange return for 1 of the bed mats. CARid sent me a return authorization. They also sent me a BLANK (empty) PDF file with what was supposed to be a UPS return label for free return shipping. They did this 4 times. Finally a UPS label was in the file. I then used that label to ship it back to the manufacture as per CARiD's arrangements and instructions. I wait. I wait 4 weeks until I see the package is delivered to its destination via ups tracking. I then wait for my refund. And wait. And wait. Finally after 2 more weeks I call CARiD and they say they will inquire with the manufacture as to why I haven't received my refund. About 3 days later I get an email from CARiD stating that I would be unable to get a refund because I emphasize "I" as in me, myself sent the bed mats to the wrong location with a wrong UPS tracking label. Which by the way as stated above was sent to me by CARiD. Now they claim no responsibility and are denying me further action. No refund they keep my money. Slick. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD $#*! YOU CARiD! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS POS PLACE ITS A SCUMBAG RUN JERSEY $#*!BOX. Ps: If you dip$#*!s at CARiD read this and decide to send me a manufactured apology for $#*!ty service and stealing my money save it, it means nothing to me unless it is accompanied by a full refund and a complete admission / acceptance that your customer service is the $#*!s. Have a nice day.
