The customer service is extremely rude. My item was stuck in the same location for 3 days. When this happens most of the time the item is lost. I called FedEx, the carrier they used, and they did not have a clue. I called customer service and they told me I need to wait another 11 days more to see what happened. Of course all this in a rude tone. This agent has no desire of helping me. I have the same experience with another company, Betabrand, and they took care of the issue right away. If you have an issue with your order do not expect much from them.
