Highly disappointed with palm beach jewelry and I'm never going to shop again I received a defective item so I send it back to get it a new one sent to me I get the freaking wrong item sent back. I had to call customer service asap to tell them I need the necklace not the bracelet. I sent the necklace back with a detailed message so I don't know what idiots you have working for you
