I posted my vehicle on CarGurus and received 112 leads. Approximately 90% were spam. People would asked various questions about the vehicle, however never respond back. When you at your response, you clearly see the sender didn't read your response as it was marked "unread." C'mon! The remaining 10% were scams, asking for specific details like your address, banking information and personal information about the seller. I complained to CarGurus and their response was to remove my listing. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND CarGurus to anyone. BEWARE.

If ever you wanted a Consumer Advocate, I'm here to support you and stop you from being scammed by Manny's Auto Sales. WARNING! Beware of this dealership. They're noting but LIARS and SCAMMERS who will take your HARD EARNED MONEY and sell you CARS WITH ISSUES. I'm a Lincoln Town Car lover, so August 2018 I called the dealership regarding this vehicle. Last six on the VIN is *******. I asked 2 questions before I took the long drive. (The best cash offer price? And Do you have the title at the dealership?) BRENDA'S response was, We'll discuss the price and Yes, we have the title. "The Lie Detector Test determined that was a lie." The dealership didn't have the title, but stated they would have it within 5 days. I actually test drove the car approximately 8/28/18. It ran okay. I noticed minor issues with it, but nothing I couldn't handle. Now, asking price of $6500. 00 is way too HIGH for this car. In EXCELLENT CONDITION this car retails for $5150. Check the comps online. Insurance company's payout is $3875. Avi, who's the owner and handyman mechanic offered the car to me for $5600 and agreed to repair the windshield wiper sprayer. From 8/28/18 to 9/3/18, I continued to call Brenda at the dealership regarding the title. Still No Title. Finally, on the afternoon of 9/4/18, BRENDA called me and stated she had received the title. I went to the dealership on 9/5/18 to close the deal. During the closing of the deal, it was determined that BRENDA had told another lie regarding the title, which caused me to delay giving this dealership my money. However, in good faith, I did complete the paperwork and put a $100 deposit to hold the car. Now, because of the history/reviews of BRENDA'S DECEPTION, I delayed picking up my car because I wanted to give Manny's Auto Sales more than enough time to get the title. On 9/20/18, I went to the dealership with my CERTIFIED MECHANIC to finally get the car. While my mechanic was doing a thorough check under the hood, I was doing a thorough check of the Interior and Trunk. I flipped the front passenger mat over and saw moisture under the mat. I ran my hand across the carpet which was wet. I then removed the rear mats and there was standing water on the floor. I called Avi over to the car. Before I could get all the words out of my mouth, he said, "WE LEFT THE WINDOWS DOWN ACCIDENTALLY." He pulled the vehicle over to the garage to vacuum the water out. After Avi finished I then asked for a water hose. I turned the water hose on and placed it over the windshield wiper area while my mechanic was watching the front passenger side floor. Water was coming into the car once again. COMMON PROBLEM WITH LINCOLN TOWN CARS, FORD CROWN VICTORIA and MERCURY MARQUIS. The gasket under the pan wears out. Unfortunately, you have to purchase the entire pan with new gasket. Avi said, "TAKE THE CAR AND I'LL TAKE $200 OFF." Look, I knew how to make the repair and even showed Avi how to do so, but declined his offer. I told him to make the repairs, because I'm well aware of potential problems this issue can cause. First, you don't know how long the problem existed, if water passed by electrical wiring, if the floorboard has begun to rust and if mildew is in the padding under the carpet. When I told Avi of my concerns, he simply said, "I will give you your deposit back" and began to put the car back together. THE CAR WAS BACK UP FOR SALE AND ON THE LOT WITHIN 1 HOUR NO REPAIRS. Folks, spare yourself the headaches, heartaches and go to another dealership. These people are very dishonest and will leave you with a JUNK CAR on the side of the road. Prospective CustomersKnow your rights, Do your research and READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS and more importantly, know that there's State Agencies and Consumer Advocates who can help you with Scammers like Manny's Auto Sales. In the future, bring a Mechanic with you to these dealerships. Test Drive the hell out of these cars and demand they be put on a lift, so you can see what's under the car. I hope my review helps working class Americans from getting scammed.

Tip for consumers:
Save yourself the heartaches and headaches by purchasing from another dealership. This dealership scams Law Enforcement and Veterans, so they have absolutely no problem scamming the average citizen.
