They call and tell you it is a one time activation fee and you are already approved to get a grant and they will make sure your application is done right so you get a grant.
They never admit that there is a monthly $59.95 charge that you can read about on their sign up page. It is a phone scam. There are 270 un-resolved complaints on scambook for an estimated $14,200+ in reported losses.
I believe that they got my number from an online application I filled out on Newusafunding.com. I started getting calls right after that. They called me 5 times in less than 12 hours until I finally answered.
