“No refunds after more than 5 calls”

I bought a wetsuit weeks ago and had to replace it with one bigger size and another model 35£ cheaper than the first model I bought. I called MyTriathlon more than 5 times to ask for a refund of the 35£ and the shipping fees and each time I get the same message, "ok you will receive an email soon with confirmation of refund" and each time I say this is what you told me last time but they insist that they will do it. So my advice is that if you risk to return an item and ask for a refund, just to stay away from them!

Delays in receiving products, poor communication, and a refund promised but not received. Months...
