Although most writers are good. I have had some bad experiences. Not following instructions, customer service not following my orders to change bad writers. So there are some cons to this service as well

Writers don't follow directions. They continue to give you the wrong essays that have nothing to do with the topic you presented and the company still forces you to pay them and will not give a refund for bad service. PapersOwl is a terrible service.
