I was a frequent customer of MVB for years, I just really liked the clothes. They have terrible customer service, you can tell they truly don't care about the customer. Any time I call with questions or concerns they are impatient and irritated. They are always out of the clothes I want, and they never restock the ones I really want, which is beyond frustrating. I let them know I was changing my review from positive to negative, and in retaliation they cancelled my order and threatened me about my review. Unbelievable the lengths a company would go to be immature and unprofessional. If I could post screenshots of the email I received from them, I would. :( Danielle, I think you need to remember that first and foremost, you are a business, and that your customers are EXTREMELY important to your business if you want it to thrive, and if this many customers are telling you that there is a problem, then there must be a problem. I have spent thousands of dollars with you guys and I'd expect so much more professionalism from you and I hope that someday you can train your employees as well to better handle the many complaints that you guys are receiving. I would be more than happy to delete my negative reviews when you want to make this right.
