I placed and order for a dress a week in advance. I payed extra shipping to have it shipped on a Friday, however it is days later and still nothing. Am I supposed to paying extra in shipping for my order to arrive late? I needed my order for the weekend and when speaking to a representative they did not help me whatsoever and suggested that I just returned the order all together. How is that supposed to help when I need the dress that day? I will most certainly not order from here again.

If your order was placed after 10:00 am on Friday morning, it would not process and ship out until the following Monday, as these express shipping methods are only offered as business day select options and we do not offer weekend delivery.
