On Sept 4,2021 I went to get my curbside pickup. While parked in designated pickup area, I received a message saying I wasn't there. After waiting an additional 15+ minutes, I left. I have spoke with Instacart several times trying to get a refund for groceries I never received. I have emailed the company trying to get my total refund amount. Instacart has lied to me & given me the run around since this issue first happened. It is now October 12,2021. They claim they have given me a full refund, this is not true. Don't trust this company, don't use this company.
