So I decided to try something different and ordered a dress from Vbridal... for my wedding.
With custom measurements that were specific measurements obviously and checked not once but twice by a dressmaker. However once received it just DID NOT FIT. Unsatisisfied with the expectations I contacted them and the one thing I found with their customer service process was that it was lacking availability. What I mean is that each time I attempted to make a request for a refund it will just come up with the message SUBMISSION FAILED.
Their support to this was to raise a ticket and assurance someone would respond back... So over 10 days later not one word.
What a process FAILURE! Back to the drawing board:(
