I used to buy from this site & loved that the products were good quality & the delivery is fast till i had to deal with the customer service ‍ which was a catastrophe, 1st of all there is no live chat or a way to contact directly a customer service to solve your problem, you will send dozens of emails with no response then after a while you will receive a careless hopeless response from them with no solution at all. What happened that among my order was an item that i ordered to try for 1st time & i received another item which was already used & open i tried for 10 days to contact them with no help, eventually they told me that i should print the receipt & go to aramex to send the item for them then whdn they receive the item they will see what to do & process refund, that was the most horrible experience i had in such case and due to that careless humiliating act i deleted their app & decided not to order from thrm again, there are lots & lots of other competitors with better experience.

Another thing, if you rated an item on their app you can't edit it.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful, the refund or return or exchange is very difficult even if it was not your fault & they sent you wrong item. Also the customer service is one of the worst ever ,try to avoid dealing with them.

I didn't use the item as it's not the one i ordered & the package was open & used when i received it

Actually the items look very beautiful & shiny on the website but when i received it i was shocked of the quality compared to the price, it's very pricey for the low quality & that was my 1st disappointment, then while i am trying to wear it to see how does it look the earing was broken! It's very very weak, i use my jewelry & accessories very delicately and gently thats why i was shocke when the base of one of the two earings was detached as shown by attached photo to my review.

Then something else, the customer service is horrible, my order was very late than the expected & when i was asking by email they didn't respond initially so i had to leave comment on their Instagram account at that time only they responded & they were keep blaming me for sending email to their promoting email not the one for customer service though the confirming email of my order mentioned that email to contact for any queries about my order! It was a mess & horrible experience that definitely won't repeat

Amazing in everything,
Place is very clean & they continually clean it,
Staff were amazing & friendly
Food was delicious with lots of varieties
Swimming pools were great with breath taking view
Near Carrefour in case if you need anything & there is also starbucks & kahve dünyası.

Since that i had lots of queries & i couldn't figure it while i was booking ( and booking was not helping at all with no respond to my questions) i would like to tell some info.

So, we were travelling as a family 5 adults & child and we booked a connecting room which is 2 rooms with 2 separate bathrooms & connecting doors.

While i was booking it was written that they will supply us with crep for the baby then after booking according to description of the room here in booking was written that my request of crep can not be guaranteed, but they supplied us with the crep, same was for the beds we requested one extra bed instead of sofa and they supplied us

Room size was very small, also the fridge was small & not workin good. Wardrobe was small.

There is no sandy beach, only beach with stairs down which was too much for my parents to go down & up and not safe for little childern.

The music usually in the club or if there's an event is very loud & continue till midnight.

Tip for consumers:
I would love to go there again, everything is in the hotel you can enjoy your full trip inside without having to go out to city if you're looking for relaxation on the pool with great view .

Very very bad experience
I can't imagine that i wasted my money.

First of all i booked for 1 king bed & they gave me twin bed, there was problem in the bath tub leaking water. Also what disappointed me is the Bidet, i didn't expect that this is still there.

There was a working construction every morning early amost 7 am next to my balcony which unfortunately was very close at 2nd floor as shown in the attached photos. I wish just that i can share the video i recorded for the massive noise at early morning.

The next day i arrived i had a very important meeting online with lots of work that i had to concentrate well & the room service were keep knocking the door & calling me on phone to clean the room although i told them already i am busy and they can clean in afternoon but they were keep interrupting me. ‍

My last night in the hotel was horrible & i cried so much, i was coming hotel late at around 9 pm after a full long day of work & meetings, i was exhausted and very tired then the security was very rude to me speaking to me in aggressive way & asking me to show her my (HES code) which is a code by turkish ministry of health about your covid-19 status, so i told her i am already a guest in the hotel and i showed already to the receptionist when i checked in 3 days back plus for the past few days i have been coming to the hotel and no one is asking me again for the Hes code she kept me at the door with my heavy pag tell i showed her my HEs code although the door man asked me again clearly if i am a gust & i told him yes... also, i asked her clearly are you checking the HES CODE for all gusts every time they are coming in & out of the hotel she said yes, which was not the case and i saw guests coming & no one is keeping them at door & treating them in bad way...

I felt really horrible that night and started crying at room. I like to stick to rules & when i am asked to show any information or papers i always welcome but i don't like to be treated less than other guests or less than what i paid for & expected

Tip for consumers:
For me i didn't enjoy my stay & not thinking to go there again

I have been all my life booking online for me & my family, never ever had such horrible experience.
I am on a couple days trip & i booked for my flight, transaction was done immediately with the pricy ticket amount then i got email & note telling (quoting): Your booking ID: ***** is unsuccessful. We have received the payment of **** for the transaction. We are waiting for your ticket to get confirmed. Because of busy server or unavailable flight destination!?

That was horrible cause i was booking just 3 days before my travel, i lost one day just trying to contact them by all means by phone calls, emails with no response.

I was lost, i have to arrange for my work, pickup, accommodation, pcr test and online health check in for my destination... i was in a whole miss.

I started to cry & my whole day was miserable.
I won't ever book with them.

And they never gave me any promo cods or discount,, always manipulating about discounts.

Worst company for delivery & every day becomes worse than before... always late, missing or damaged parcels, rude customer service & delivary system. If you are going to pick up from branch be ready to stand in sun & hot, humid weather waiting to be served by very very rude customer service telling you that you're not their client your the client of the company you purchase your items from & that it's not their business that aramex app is sending false info.

Always horrible experience. #aramex#kuwait
