At first I was generally happy with the shoes, albeit a bit more expensive than I usually pay. I did note that no matter how many times I tied the laces and then double tied them, the laces could not stay tied and for a 10block walk, that meant at least 2 breaks for re-tying the shoe. Then, after 6 months,I started developing a burning foot pain, which I assumed was related to a recent back surgery and hoped it would go away. The doctor said I had swelling in the Intermetatarsal Ligament and suggested trying out a different shoe to see if it helped.

I finally decided to try walking in my 3 year old (and much cheaper) puma sneaker - and my foot pain immediately went from a 10 to a 2.

Honestly shocked, that shoes with this reputation can be the worst sneaker I have ever worn

Not only are a large percentage of profiles on here scams, but it is my opinion that management is proactively involved in pushing these scams, as it is the only way they can make money

Let me back up a bit. About a month ago, I did a focus group with the management of the company, and specifically noted my concern, along with that of other reviewers on here, that many of the profiles arte stock photos of sexy models, with nothing written on their profiles. Their head of customer service (lets assume his name is Darryl) seemed very offended by this assertion, and claimed that the website went out of their way to eliminate any scam profiles Unfortunately, I can document that this is simply not true, and with at least a third of the profiles being fake and very easy to spot, management is complicit in this scam

Typically, these girls than contact you asking you to make an offer, if you respond to such offer and match, the website gets paid. If/when after a conversation that consists of Hey and asking fort your WhatsApp info, that is the last you will hear from the person but management gets a % of whatever price you may have offered and does nothing to refund your money.

The rub here is, the website used to allow you to either report these scam conversation and customer service would refund your credits, but now, they simply ignore these requests and I have nothing but wasted time dealing with customer service.

Your not fooling anybody - happy to provide documentation if it means these scammers can be bought to justice for interstate fraud

Literally spent 90 minutes booking my room reservation - 20 minutes on the app because it kept timing me out - and another hour with their chat agent - who kept telling me I didnt have an account despite the fact that both my email address and phone number were registered when I downloaded the app

After 30 minutes of the agent telling me I had no0 account - i decided to just submit my reservation without using the promo code on their site- and the order went right thru and I immediately get a confirmation to my registered email. The agent still insisted that I didnt have an account at hotwire, even AFTER i gave her my itinerary number. I simultaneously tried calling their customer service number but was on hold for 30 minutes - while the chat agent continued to tell me that I didnt have an account and there was nothing she could do

This was beyond useless - when customer service is actually working AGAINST YOU

I will begin by saying I first joined this site in 2012 and it was wonderful. Great technology, good active chat feature and reasonable fees ($35 a month?)

Sad to say, that I rejoined this year, and given the advances in technology, its amazing to me how this website has actually DECLINED

A) profiles take up to a minute to load
B) search feature DOESNT WORK (a search for new members or recently active will exclude about half those who fall into this category)
C) The biggest issue I have is they have a very confusing interface for messages versus emails. Unless you are a member, who will not get an email notification if someone messages you. I rejoined the site this year, and had over 600 messages from 2016-2017 that I was never notified of
D) Because of the high fees, the ratio of members to actual profiles is likely well under 25% - my guess is closer to 10%. And the # of female members versus profiles posted in DEFINITELY LOWER, which means unless one person is an actual member, winks and interests will go NOWHERE, as there is no way to make contact with the other person

Finally, and this is a big deal - THE SITE SPECIFICALLY WARNS ABOUT CREATING A SUGAR DADDY PROFILE, which I can respect, except, when they give you a number to call for customer service, guess what. IT'S A NUMBER FOR SUGAR DADDY MEET and SUGAR DADDY FREE in addition to other Sugar Daddy sites... Customer Service is absolutely clueless about the issues going on in their website and frequently deletes profiles for no reason

THERE ARE FAR MORE ADVANCED SITES FOR FAR LESS MONEY, THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
