I placed an order with Majorpool supplies (MPS).
I chose this business over others (where items were cheaper) because they offered a shipment via USPS which is more reliable when it comes to delivery in France.
To my surprise, the order was shipped by FedEx.
I then asked for the shipment to be stopped and shipped by USPS.
Major Pool Supplied refused to consider my demand asking for a refund of the shipping fees pretending they did this to please me. I did not require a shipment by FeDex or else I would have ordered from one of the cheaper businesses. I was in no rush either to receive my order and I wanted it to be shipped by USPS. I paid 62.40$ for a shipment by USPS and Major Pool Supplies chose a cheaper carrier. I order frequently in the US and I know that USPS is far more expensive than DHL or FedEx.
I claimed the shipping fees back. The seller would not even consider my claim, arguing they had done it to please me even they never asked me if it was alright to change the carrier.
I alos asked for a senior discount (as I am over 55) but never got a glimpse of reply on this matter.
I would therefore advise to stay clear of this seller.

Very bad experience with this seller that does not like negative reviews and is trying to ban me for leaving reviews.
I ordered an object thinking it was it was US manufactured and had US quality as the website shows a US address, but the product came from China and it is badly made, moreover it is a very dangerous item.
If I had wanted a product from China I would have ordered it on AliExpress and only paid 3 $ and not 19.99 $.
It is poorly made, it does meet the description and worse of it, it is VERY VERY SLIPPERY, contrary to what it says on the item description
In conclusion,
This is a very expensive and DANGEROUS item.
I wish the information on their website had not been misleading.
The Website also offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and all emails say "We are here to make things right", those are only words that the seller does not intend to keep.
Worse of it, the seller does not want to comply with the laws of the country in which he is selling.
I asked for a refund as I am not satisfied at all, the seller keeps refusing.
This is a very very bad experience and I do not recommend this website at all as the seller does not care whether or not you are satisfied or if he sells a dangerous product or not.
In conclusion, unless you want to be ripped off, stay away from this seller.
