I have never experienced such horrible customer service!
I had ordered products from this site and noticed that I was missing a piece within my package, but that wasn't the biggest problem, I have never in my years have ever been hung up on before. No 'i will be terminating this phone call' just hangs up on me. I asked where can I put in a complaint the response i received was. "you can go ahead and do that but you wont get that far". She was raising her voice and was completely rude. 'Getstuff' you should really consider how you speak to your customers.
