If Kafka invented a travel company this is it. Booked an expensive hotel... only after paying did I get an email saying all the facilities (pool, etc) closed! They claim I should have known despite the main picture advertising the hotel showing the pool etc. Info about closure hidden as part of some standard t&c for hotel, after clicking an extra drop down box, at the foot of a long page. Demanded my money back to discover customer service is an offshore call centre that doesn't give a monkey's and where you hold forever. They refuse to give details of who is dealing with things, referring to a "team" that's working on it, and denying that thye have an email address. Currently refusing me a refund despite them having separately forwarded me an email of apology from hotel about the facilities and saying that I can have a full, zero cost refund! I will update this review when resolved.
The most appalling company I have dealt with, no exaggeration. Rip off merchants that don't care, with no-one to complain to. Just don't use them.
