I had money in MY wallet in Spectrocoin since 2018. I even invested in their coin when they were new and sold coin to raise their equity.

I logged in my account now and then. This year, I logged in and saw that they removed everything I had from my wallet and with a text "inactivity fee".

They never emailed me, or texted me about that they are going to steal my money, before sucking everything out of my account. They have even a notification bar when you login to your account. I checked that too just to make sure I didn't oversee a notification. Nope, nothing there about inactivity or changing their terms o even a warning before they stole my money.

I wrote to them and they replied that... Let me just copy paste:

"Please be noted, that the inactivity fee has been added to our Terms and Conditions in 2020-12-23. All users have been informed about this update in the NEWS section"

"Please be kindly noted, that SpectroCoin reserves the right to choose the preferred notification method at its sole discretion. You undertake to check your account and email regularly. We choose to inform our users about changes in "News" section. Fees are non-refundable."

Yes, I undertake to check my email regularly which I do. But I don't read every sites news section to find out when they change their terms. You are not a professional company and I regret that I paid my hard earned money to invest and help you raise your equity.
It's only thieves who hide their theft intentions inside a complex website after users are registered, so that no one finds out that they are going to steal users money.

My advice to all users are that learn from what a company do to their users. They change their terms suddenly and solely write about it in their website, sometimes in first page, sometimes deep down in a blog post and then boom, they suck and steal your money out of your own wallet which you had with them.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away

Ok, like many others, I became one more victim in their lifetime subscription scheme. They sold lifetime subscription since 2015 through their affiliate stacksocial and when activated, they activated just 5 years in their control panel, reasoning that their system has limitations and I have to contact them after 5 years term to renew the subscription.
I introduce you to biggest con in the business of conning, just read more: just before 2020, which means just 4,9 years after they began selling lifetime subscriptions to users, they announced that they are changing their system and stopped selling anymore lifetime subscriptions. When contacted to renew the 5 years subscription, they didn't honor it and just replied that "they will contact their affiliates to work something out"!
They sold lifetime and my subscription should depend on their affiliates?
Not just that, now my 5 years subscription has ended and 20 days past since I last heard from them.
So short version is that they sold lifetime subscriptions for a higher price, and didn't honor them, just stopped the subscription after 5 years because they have problems with their third party affiliates which I don't care a bit, because my contract was with purevpn and a lifetime subscription. It was their own products which purevpn confirmed many times in email that the subscription is lifetime.

Just read other reviews, I'm not alone, of course. They won't honor any of their lifetime subscriptions and I wonder if they will honor their other subscriptions which have a longer period.

If you really want to go with this company, which I don't suggest, don't pay for longer subscriptions, if you want to get something out of it.
Anyways, I don't suggest having a subscription with them because of their logging activity (search google), while they write that they have no-log policy.

They ask you about your personal life, and refer you to their partners, then you get nothing. When I contacted them, they wrote back that they couldn't track my action and they 'suggest' I pick another partner. How much they have to earn to be able to 'track' your order, god knows. Here is their reply:
Thank you for using TrialPay and for taking the time to email us.

After reviewing your customer log, it appears our system was unable to track the successful completion of the Toluna survey offer you attempted to complete to receive free GoodSync 9 Pro for Windows.

Please note that in order to successfully complete this offer, you must first qualify and then complete the full survey before you will be credited. As customer eligibility is determined by the offer provider and not by TrialPay, we are unfortunately not able to credit you at this time. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for you. In order to avoid future tracking issues, please be sure to provide current and accurate information.

If you are still interested in receiving GoodSync 9 Pro for Windows for free, you are welcome to select a different offer that suits your needs.

Regards,

Michelle
