I had ordered flowers to be delivered same day, on a Sunday. The order had processed and been approved (took my damn money) and seemed to be fine. Flowers never arrived Sunday and midday Monday I received an email saying they couldn't get to my order so they would refund me same day weekend fee and still send them. Come Monday night I find out that there are "no florist" in that zip code that can do my order. I am very upset how my order can go through and be processed which all these complications. If they can't deliver on Sunday why make that an option? If there aren't any florist in that area who can do the order, why make that an option? I am very upset. I just wrote up an email demanding a refund because of this TERRIBLE service. They will never have my business again.
