“Complete scam- steer clear!”

I ordered a custom PBN and two frames four months ago. I never received it. But they did send me a crumpled up dollar store panda bear children's paint kit. Complete waste of money. They delete all negative feedback on Facebook and will block you from commenting further. They refuse to provide refunds- this is a scam to steal from you. I have already escalated this to PayPal.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t shop here. It’s a scam.

None because they didn’t send me anything I ordered

I would give this zero stars if I could. My order "shipped" on April 5th and has said "Shipment Information Received" since then- no movement. Two of my friends ordered same day and are having the same problem. Here are my big issues:

-Ships from China, NOT AUSTRALIA. It's a scam, not a family business. Unless the family business is scamming.
-Be aware they own another scam site called Unique Paints- same issues with them!
-They refuse to refund me after asking 3 times
-They delete all questions and negative feedback off Facebook and Instagram
-Reviews on the site are fake

I am filing a credit card dispute. This is a complete scam and their customer service is pathetic.
