We bought furniture from Bob's and paid extra for the 5yr protection plan. We were told that the protection plan covers any and all accidental damages that can occur. A year after having the furniture we tried to make a claim on the loveseat that reclines because the plug broke and they are saying that it is not covered in our plan. Again we were told everything was covered so how is this so? I highly suggest not putting the extra $ out for the protection because it's a scam!
