This review site is fake and is used to deceive potential customers of thinking the sites owned by Mauro Papace is really an Italian company with Italian product and great services. But in fact, the sites, products the people behind this are Chinese. The whole thing is a scam to trap and deceive people and get them to order from them. They ship some Chinese junk from Honk Kong, not Italy. And when you complain they threaten you with a lawsuit.

I was systematically lied to and deceived by the emails from a company claiming to be an Italian tailor. All reviews on the web including on Mytopreview, trust pilot and on google maps showed a company that had a great reputation.

But it turned out that the company SPOSAMORE registered to Mauro Papace along with review site Mytopreview and other sites has systematically faked reviews on the internet and is appearing as a 5-star company everywhere. The company is in the business of faking reviews all over the internet. But a company that lies, deceive, cheat, defraud, uses loopholes defraud the customers and threaten customers with lawsuits can have so many 5 star reviews. The VAT registration number for Spasamore: *******0650 is a one-man company and there are no other employees in the company. In addition, the company code is designated as AGENTS involved in the SALS of textiles, clothing, fur, footwear and leather goods.

The sites Mytopreview, vestitidasposaeconomici, vestidosdenovias, matrimoniodafiaba, sposanovia have same VAT number, phone number, uses the same box office service address, and registered online to Mauro Papace. Furthermore, miamastore website has many of the exact same text in terms and condition. In addition, uses the 100 % money back guaranteed trap. The site points to the same town were sposmore is located and have the same CEO "MAURO", which is the same as sposamore, & CO. All the mentioned sites are hosted on the same server.

Below is what I have experienced from this group

MADE IN CHINA, PROMOTED ON THE WEBSITE AS DESIGNED, PRODUCED AND SHIPPED FROM ITALY. AND 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEED IS A SCAM.
1. Sposamore promotes itself on the website as an Italian tailor and when

2. Sposamore mislead customers when asked by e-mail.
3. Sposamore promotes at its site, the customer is protected and refunded.
However, this is a selling gimmick. Refunds will never happen.
4. Sposamore promote 100% full money back guaranteed when paying with
Paypal. However, marking the items as custom, Paypal will never refund.
This is used as a loophole to defraud the customers due to PayPal terms
Clearly state, no refund if the item is custom.
5. Sposamore threatens customers with a lawsuit if they are not satisfied and
Write reviews that expose their dirty tricks.
6. A clear pattern of Chinese persons writing all emails with translator
Software.
7. Sposamore is faking reviews all over the internet and the best proof is the
Site MYTOPREVIE.NET that is owned by them and is promoted on their website. They have removed my negative review on their site.
8. Same pictures of items on Sposamore can be found on the internet. At least
Two dozen web shops have the identical pictures on their site by searching with
Google pictures. Enforcing the claim, that Sposamore sell Chinese mass-
Produced items and not tailored in Italy.
9. Google maps are pointing at one place in the residential area, the listed address
In google points in another place with NO shop to be seen, and the website
Points to a box service office.

Company called sposamore cheated me of 511 Euro.

The company markets its self as an Italian tailor. In addition, when asked by email they reply their products are tailored in Italy NOT CHINA.
After checking the many positive reviews on trust pilot and contacting the web shop, I placed an order.

My Item came from China not Italy and I refused to accept the DHL parcel, the parcel was back sent to china.

At sposamore website, it states, 100% money back guaranteed when paying with Paypal, and the customer is protected and refunded which is opposite to Paypal protection terms and conditions 3.2 Exceptions stated. Paypal protection will never apply, if the order is marked as custom in any way "all Sposamore orders will be marked custom as default as the claim to be tailoring company.
This contradiction make this a loophole that customer will be subject to and will lose as I did.

Paypal is informed and full documentations of this case were submitted, but paypal is not willing to do a thing and will continue allowing people to fall in to this loophole and profit on this unfortunate fraud and deliberate. It seems making money surpasses anything else.
Please be on this lockout to avoid this kind loophole and fake and fabricated reviews.

So I got scammed and robbed by web shop, so I started posting comments and review to let people know about the company to avoid more people falling to same trap.

I purchased some items from a website claiming to sell Italian made items. I contacted the website and got written confirmation that the items will be designed, produced and shipped from Italy. So I ordered a few items.

But as I found out MADE IN CHINA, PROMOTED ON THE WEBSITE, AS DESIGNED; PRODUCED AND SHIPPED FROM ITALY.

When the time came to get the items I got DHL tracking number and after checking, I noticed my order is coming from HONG KONG. I contacted the company but they told me is cheaper to send from Italy to china and back which made no sense. I couldnt do a thing about that and ended up losing over 500euros. The company devised and uses legal loophole marking the item as custom. Therefore no payment protection plan is possible. They also threaten me with a lawsuit if I keep posting reviews of what they did to me.

I did the only thing I could, posting reviews and comments to warn people on the internet to be careful to buy from this site.

But all the reviews and comments that have connection to google such as google maps, youtube etc. even the sites that I logged in through using my google account were censored and removed without even telling me.

The site that I was scammed and robbed by, must be paying google to let their site come higher in the search results. And also they must be paying them for advertising the site. Therefore making them a paying customer of google.

I do not understand that google uses this kind of tactics to protect their paying customers, even if the company is cheating and stealing from people. I have tried to contact google but there is no specific way to get to the correct person to present the documentation and finding that I gathered.

The company that have scammed me is freely posting fake reviews all over the internet without anyone stopping them. I urge google to contact me so I can show them that the money they are being paid with is stolen and they are supporting and promoting scammers and thieves.

Bad customer service, with English that is clearly written by person that have roots in China, due to the spelling mistakes.

The contact person Simona lied to me from the start.

Before buying my items, I asked by email, if Sposamore items were really designed and produced in Italy. Simona from Sposamore confirmed that products are designed and produced in Italy, and therefor I assumed the product would be produced and will be coming from inside of EU. This would have also avoid vat and tax, not if as there were coming from outside of EU.

There is nothing mention that the product will be produced and shipped from China. NOT what I was promised and ordered.

I confronted Simona and told her that was not ok and I will not want this product. Due to the items being Chinese and coming from outside the EU and not as promised from Italy. DHL demanded me to pay tax and import charges, making the total on this Chinese product as expensive as the items in my local shop. So a big rip-off due to the lies and misleading information from Sposamore Simona.

After several mails with Simona getting nowhere. I concluded from all the emails and documentation that I have in hand:

-The company is Chinese, and probably copy international products and is shipping them from china.

-There is nothing Italian about them, only the website and the PO BOX Address in Italy. This is where the address of the website points. To a POST BOX office service. In addition, google address points to two different places with no connection to any physical store. You cannot see any physical store on google street view.

-The English in the emails is clearly by Chinese person using some kind of translator and not being familiar with the basics of the European languages.

- The DHL document clearly shows the origin of the item is HONG KONG, therefore reinforces my argument about Sposamore's origin.

- There is no reason to send items from Italy to China and back to EU with an excuse that the shipping will be cheaper. On the contrary. Sending from EU to China will cause transport costs from Italy to China and from China to EU. In addition, China will demands on all incoming products customs and VAT on arrival to China. Therefore, the so-called savings by sending from China as Sposamore claims is the reason for sending from China to EU makes no sense. Not to mention that all products coming from outside of EU are subject to VAT and customs duties. Therefore, reason for sending from Italy to China and back says itself, is not profitable for any parties and make no common sense.

Today I got a threat in an email from Sposamore to remove my reviews from the internet, or they will sue me. The copy from the email is below:

Clear and simple. Do not buy a thing from Sposamore unless you want Chinese produced knockoffs and pay tax and VAT on your order. Also, do not trust what they say as I have learned the hard way. Nothing that comes out of Sposamore is true.

Regarding my order: It came from and was send back to address supplied by DHL, which is:

HX circuit Technology CO LTD. Ms. Zeng Bao Hong. Bulding A17. The second Industrial Zone of Fuwei Community, Fuyo EET, Baoan District, Shenzehn Hong Kong. Phone *******. The sender have an Ltd. company called Zeng Bao Hong Ltd. The address is located north of Hong Kong city.

I lost 511 Euro, due to trick/loophole that Sposamore use and exploit somehow.

I am in contact with Paypal to understand what happened since I cannot get my money back. On the Sposamore web site it states in the main page with big letters Protected and refunded" and "Italian tailoring". However, it seems nothing that they enforce. It is just selling gimmick to mislead, fraud and rob people.

Under Terms and Conditions of use - Return Policy Sposamore state:
If you arent satisfied with your purchase: You MAY BE eligible for a return or exchange depending on your SITUATION. However, the on the website with big banners they claim the opposite protected and refunded and 100% money back.

The above statement about return policy make sposamore Return Policy weak if not existing to the customer. There are more alarming paragraphs in Terms and Conditions that make sposamore unfavorable to buyer from for a customer and they will have their way every time making any complaint or return not possible.

It looks like Sposamore is putting fake reviews around the internet. I will not be surprised if there are many more fake reviews created by sposamore. Notice, how they were written, and you will recognize a pattern that is clear to a person mastering any European languages. Just have a look at Trust pilot reviews. All of the positive reviews are fake.

UPDATE 25-04-2018: I just noticed a new email in Italian from Papace Mauro stating: The 24 hours i had to remove my review from Trust pilot is due. I will therefore, be charged by Sposamore lawyer in my area the coming days. These threats again show the truth about Sposamore dont do any professional and good business practice, but deals with customers by mislead, scam and rob people and if there is any complaint the will threaten them.

UPDATE 26-04-2018:
I have investigated the real reason behind Paypal siding with Sposamore by calling Paypal.

Paypal protection will never apply, if the order is marked as custom in any way "all Sposamore orders will be marked custom as default ".
I have presented Paypal with the misleading information "emails and DHL documents", Showing Simona from Sposamore confirming, the products will be designed, produced and shipped from Italy, and the DHL document showing the order coming from Hong Kong and going back to Hong Kong. However, there is nothing that can be done at Paypal side. Even if that on Sposamore website it states 100% paypal money back guaranteed

Therefore, I concluded as all Sposamore designs will be always marked as "custom", a complaint would never ever turn in favor of a customer. Always in favor of Sposamore. Even if one can prove and document that Sposamore have been misleading and lying to a customer. This will apply for all payment methods available for Sposamore website.
Under Paypal protection3.2 Exceptions, states the purchases NOT covered among other are: Purchases of custom made items.

UPDATE 18-04-2018: According to the https://whois.easycounter.com. Mytopreview.net that Sposamore promote on their web site owned by SPOSAMORE, Mauro Papace. Therefore, you will find many fake and positive reviews, about them. My review were deleted from the site without any warnings. Apparently, Sposamore is in the business of faking reviews all over the internet. The trust pilot site has also many fake reviews by Sposamore.

She is claiming to be the marketing director of Matrimoniodafiaba.it Claiming that Sposamore is Italian company that designs, produce and ship from Italy to China and then back to EU, because it is cheaper to ship this way "With a chines shipping company called DHL" I must therefore remove the review that I posted or the will sue me.
She points out that they have physical stores in Rome, Milan, Torino, Florence, Palermo. There is nothing to be found anywhere. On more lie from fake account created by Sposamore.

Update 12.05.2018
All the reviews and comments that I have put on the internet that have connection to google such as google maps, Youtube etc. even the sites that I logged in through using my google account were censored and removed without even telling me. Any search for the word Sposamore is no longer possible, if I am logged in to google related products.

UPDATE 02-10-2018: I received recently a fake treat from the commissariatod ips claiming that I will get sued. The email came from for a different website then commissariatod ips in a word document which is clearly fake. I contacted commissariatod ips and showed them an email. They will investigate this fake treat with sposamore as a suspect in faking letters from an official government organization. Let's hope they can shut this fake Chinese organization down.
