I bought tires through tirebuyer.com on 06/07/2022. On the website, it said the tires I chose had an estimated delivery on 06/09/2022 and it gave me the option to make an appointment on that day. So I did.

06/10/2022 I get an email from Tire buyer telling me the tires won't be delivered until the 15th of June and I would need to reschedule my appointment.

I had needed these tires ASAP. The main reason why I bought them was because they said they would be delivered in 3 days.

The agent wrote me one email. He didn't give me any options to choose a different tire with faster delivery. He didn't respond to any of my emails.

He had left the phone number of the tire place and expected me to call and reschedule the appointment.

The whole point of buying online was for the convenience of having tirerbuyer handle everything for me so I wouldn't have to deal with it.

Upon calling the tire place, I was told that they would call me once the tires arrived to come in.

It's now the 16th. The tires were delivered today at 2:14pm and I got no call. I will call them tomorrow and hopefully they will be able to install them tomorrow, the 17th.

10 days now going on 11 is far too long to be waiting for something that originally said 3 days. Customer service at tirerbuyer is unhelpful and doesn't care about customers.

They also give false information stating that the tires had a window of 1-15 days for delivery but nowhere on the website is that stated.

Needless to say I won't be doing business with tirerbuyer ever again.

Horrible service. They have an app called "Tiklikes" in the Google Play store. They claim the app provides "high quality" followers, likes, and views. They claim, "if the followes unfollow within 7 days, they will add more."

On 4/22/22, I bought $10 worth of followers and it seemed to work. So I bought more services totaling $300+ for several different accounts.

4/23/22 I wake up and check the accounts to discover one account has been banned. I check the followers that got added and the majorty of them also had been banned too.

I check the other accounts and it's the same thing.

Mostly all the followers were fake, you can tell that they try to make them look real by adding a pfp and usually 6 random videos.

You can obviously tell they're fake though. Some that get added are real and are added from the advertising of your account on their app.

But to satisfy a large order I guess they use fake accounts which of course does nothing to help grow an account by getting it now exposure.

And in my case it got my account banned.

I contacted customer service and they refuse to give it a refund and stopped replying.

Google won't help either so I've filed a complaint with BBB and FTC.

I will continue to write reviews about this website until I get it shut down.

They are a scam and are false advertising.

They don't care about their customers whatsoever. I had an account with them for 3+ years and the first time I filed a dispute for "goods or services not received" they close my account. It was a legitimate dispute that I accurately tried to file as the right type of claim and they didn't even bother to investigate it at all.

They denied the claim and then proceeded to block my card and close the account. So now if I ever do get a refund for the disputed funds since I am having to seek alternative methods to retrieve them, I imagine it will be even more of a headache then it's been already. Thanks to Albert.

Also, as an app it's not so great anyways. Their features are seriously lacking and they're behind the curve on everything.

So it's not an account that I'll miss having at all.

Also they've yet to send me the documents which led to their decision as required by law. I suspect it's because no documents even exist.
