18 months of an awful service, with a terrible customer service. Last call today was 55 minutes to cancel my contract. Charging £700 per year for a Super Fibre 100Mbps, when I had normally, in a good day, Max. 30Mbps (average). Most of the time between 0.45 and 1.5 Mbps. No access to download emails, webpages. Paying £9 plus for netflix without able to use it due to speed issues. Never reduced the price, forcing people to go to communications authority in England to complain and try to get the money back. Lost a lot of money and hours on the phone. Promising to solve the problem for over 18 months. Last formal complain on November, promised to check the problem in 22 June 2018.

Today, after my last review of this non ethical, non professional, website CoParents.co.uk, I had my account deleted as a retaliation for my comments here. This is the way this manager deal with complaints. As in a dictatorship. Now judge for yourself what kind of people is running this sensitive business! This guy is a French dictator Franz Sof running this business from a bunker, I guess: 14 rue Charles V

The site does not please him, he has the right, but in some cases he must go to the other sites, as he mentions.

After my review here I was kicked out of the website and saw me account deleted as a retaliation! Shame on the website owner. The funny thing is, on the same answer he says I have no right to complain as I have no subscription, he says I had another account before. This gentleman just delete your account if you complain. No ethics nor professional standards. A simple dictator.

This person has no subscription, so can not contact other members and judge the motivations of others.
In addition he got a refund on his old account, but it is re-registered. Why come back if the site does not suit him?
