On 8/17/21 an Erie insured driver pulled out of a parking space at the P. O. & backed into my left front bumper. I leaned on my horn loud & long but he still kept coming. Deputy in P. O. heard my horn, came out to investigate, filled out a report. I reported incident to Erie as their insured driver did not. Erie sent an adjuster to access damage, & within a week I rec'd a notice that Erie would not honer the claim. Spoke to a Erie supervisor, but claim was still rejected. I have filed complaints with every available source I could find. My opinion, DO NOT BUY ERIE INSURANCE. They have a flawed claims payment process, and from everything I've seen online they also treat their own insured unfairly. It is unfortunate that they get away with unjustified practices. They really need to be investigated by organization such as the Federal Trade Commission. I gave Erie one star because there was no lesser amt listed, but one star is really too much.
