Once any one gives you a bad review even if it is false YELP claims they cannot remove it due to uncontrollable algorithms. Bull$#*!. They program the algorithms that means they can reprogram to remove anything they want. I'm done with this company as well. We pay over 350. US dollars monthly for this disservice. Not anymore this is an unreliable service which can really destroy anyone's business definitely not recommended.
They say you have to pay to have a false negative review removed. Then say sorry we can't remove any reviews good or bad due to algorithms which they have created. Just lies and bull$#*!. Avoid them like the plague. Sooner or later some idiot will post a negative review on your site and there will be nothing that will be done by Yelp

Suggest all persons ripped off to call Revenue Canada Report a fraudster or person not paying taxes Line. Lets get the government to shut them down and seize the millions of dollars owed to merchants and customers.
