This is probably the worst customer service I have ever met. I do regret I chosen this company for my finance transfers. Customer service specialists respond very slow in chat. Their responses contradict to each other. What they do is just kick the customer out to get rid of him as soon as they can instead of helping him. There was a time when I called their service via the phone and they just hung up. Apart from that, money transfers via PayPal have a lot of problems. E.g. They can allow you to put lots of your money on their crypto balance. After that, there are a lot of problems and delays to take your money back.

Tip for consumers:
There are plenty of other money transfer systems on the market, better take another one

I traveled with this company throughout Europe. Once the flight was cancelled and the company held the situation well. As a passenger, I was not get disappointed and did not get upset in any way. The company provided a great hotel for that night. Also, ticket money were reimbursed to my account shortly after I did the request.

I got a highly positive experience with this company. My bus was from Panevėžys in Lithuania to Riga in Latvia. The bus driver was very friendly and he spoke my native language which is Russian while I didn't speak local language. He helped me with the luggage and taking on. Inside the bus, everything was clean and cozy. The bus is warm inside and there was a toilet inside.

I recommend this bus company - use it

Booking company takes your money and does not provide a guarantee it promised. So better book your travel directly with the hotel or at some other website. Here are some more details from my experience. I travel a lot and I personally used Booking for 5+ years. Yeah, it was just my habit until I realized that there is no benefit to use it. It took me long time to understand it...

Booking promised lower price on the market. This is fake and scam. For example, I made a booking and payment beforehand for the hostel in Lithuania. At the reception, I heard other guests making booking directly. Their price was lower. I asked the receptionist and she confirmed that the price is lower that at the Booking. I sent a claim to Booking and its customer service said me simply saying to back off. Customer service specialist told that they don't see the hostel price at the website, I responded that the hostel has merely no website. Customer service failed to even attempt to call the hostel directly Also I asked customer specialist to connect me to the supervisor and they never responded. Other guests told me that it is normal practice for hostels to make prices lower that at Booking, so better to book directly with the facility.

Just to remind, Booking takes commission up to 25% of the hotel or hostel price. So if you pay say $30 a night, $7.5 of that goes to the Booking and only $22 goes to the hotel. So it is better for you and fo the hotel to book directly with the facility. Booking does not provide any service, any guarantee, any help. You can find the hotel on Google Maps or any other source. You can make a booking directly with the facility by calling it or chatting and it will be more reliable rather than via Booking.

Is it worthy to pay such a commission to Booking? Not at all. Booking does not provide any guarantee of stay. I travel a lot. Rarely, some conflict situation with hotels arise. Once the hotel made an illegal demand to me and I denied, so the hotel staff kicked me out of the facility. That was a booking I made with Booking. Did Bookig help? Not at all. Booking customer service told me to back off and ask local authorities for help. Overall, I have never had any positive experience with the Booking customer service. It seems like Booking pays to its employees for keeping repeating "back off" in other words to its customers.

Booking is a multi billion (no kitting!) scam company. The scam nature is: the company promises to its customers lower prices and guarantee of stay. In fact it is not true. I personally will continue my travel by other means..

Tip for consumers:
Better book directly with the facility, don't overpay with Booking

I have a debit card of Charles Schwab. Though I don't use their investment products, I am 100 percent satisfied with my account and service provided by the bank. When I lost my card while being abroad they have sent me a new one with no charge to the foreign address at the other side of the world. They always pick up the phone with a human helper unlike other banks. I recommend this bank to everyone. Before that, I had Wells Fargo, and run away from them.

We can transfer funds from other banks accounts online to Schwab

I was and I am a happy owner of 2 toyotas. First is 1999 Corolla and second is 2007 Tundra. Toyota is the best car ever. Long term standing, very reliable. I also had Chevrolet which is total disaster. Chevrolet is the same bad thing as Dodge. Just by the way of comparison Toyota is the best.

Apart from good cars, Toyota shows real respect to it's customers. When I had a question, I called Toyota and wrote them email. The response was very quick and prompt. Again, unlike Chevrolet. When I owned Chevrolet, dealer and manufacturer representative yelled at me over the phone.

I do recommend Toyota to everyone.

I see many customers reviewed the store as bad. That is the case where I am going against the public opinion of majority. I don't know company in the US with better customer service than Home Depot. Of course, there are some disadvantages. There are bad and sometimes even rude employees (mostly novices). However most of my visits to this store were more than great. No problems with returns, no problems with parking, no problems with restrooms, no problems with variety of tools available. Again, there are some disadvantages, but let's compare it with other stores. Lowes is overpriced, Walmart is persecuting its own customers (e.g. Walmart blocked my account without reasonable explanation), ACE is harassing customers just because of parking. Home Depot is the store I really love. Among competitors, it is the best. I wish the best to this company.

Today the representative of this store replaced a sim card for me because my text messages didn't work. Immediately after that Verizon locked my account and sent email with weird text, like I might need to call their fraud prevention team. The store representative left this at my discretion. I did that and the fraud prevention team asked me a lot of personal questions. Then the lady on a phone lied to me (she lied despite her occupation is to prevent the fraud per se). She told that my account is unlocked and I can freely use it. However, the same day I was not able to use the network again. I called Verizon second time, and another representative over the phone told me, that my account is locked again. He said, the previous lady was not satisfied with my answers and locked my account again (while she lied to me that she did unlock the account).

They suspended my account and deleted my winning bid because I left negative review!

On 07/28/2020 I left the following review:
Sent them multiple requests to *******@ridesafely.com. Waiting 3rd day for response. No service at all. The website filters and notifications don't work at all, system is absolutely non-reliable. Some non-existing vehicles are listed on the website. We bid on them but they are fakes.

Update of 07/29/2020:
As of now, I have the only reply from RideSafely - which you see below. They forwarded my request to the tech support. Only after I continuously sent 3 requests without response during 3 consecutive days and made a public review. Anyway, the problem is not resolved yet.

The most interesting thing came next. I called the customer service. The customer service manager Leslie told that she deleted my winning bid right and suspended my account because I made negative review. The decision was taken by her and personally by the company CEO Yury. She is not going to do business with me ONLY and ONLY because of my negative review.

Based on that, think twice before using service of this company. I have a serious doubt about the fairness of other public reviews for them, since they deny to do business with customers who give them bad feedback on public.
