Thier service was very good for a global company but the website is not portraying thier efficiency it is really bad for me
Jumia have one of the best customer size for an online store, even their physical store is wonderful, I had issues with a product of thier vendor and they collected it, inspected it and refund me my money immediately
The website experience for mobile users is really bad for me, cos I cant see the image of what I want to buy on the go I had to click in to see and for me that one click is unnecessary
