Hello fellow car buyers.

My name is Onyeka and my sales person's name is Jim Ritter. The first time i met jim, i already purchased a vehicle and finalized all the paperwork with another dealership out of state. Then my location changed before delivery and the closest dealership to me was Merc Benz of Knoxville. So i had the car delivered there. I met Jim that day. He had nothing to gain from the sales the other dealership already closed on. However, i will guess Jim took over an hour to 2 hours going over the car details with me. What a first impression. He seems just like your next door neighbor. You know, a cool guy you can crack jokes with. I was immediately comfortable with him. Since then, i have purchased 2 additional vehicles from him. In fact, Jim helped me with my last purchase this month even though i now live out of state. I moved out of knoxville TN over a year ago and currently live in PA. With my numerous encounters with Jim, i can not emphasize enough how personable he is.
Jim has, on multiple occasions, gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs in making my purchases. Superb knowledge of vehicles and very customer friendly. In fact, this guy follows up with you days after your purchase, months after, and years after. Who does that? I kid you not. He simply checks to make sure the vehicle you bought continues to treat you well. I always feel satisfied knowing that he made sure I was in the right car for me, down to the last details. So people, i challenge you to go to Jim, experience the best customer service from him, and see if you will ever move on.
I guarantee that the question you will always ask moving forward is... why go to another salesman? And why go to another dealership? So Jim. Even if i move to California or Alaska, sorry dude you will still be my sales person... for life.
