Buyer beware: if you take the plunge with this company you're effectively in your own. From their customer support - Please note that we have a 60 days policy for all our products. If you want to return the item back to us for a refund or an exchange you have to send it within that timeframe. Also, we only accept returns that are unused and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Return cost is on you, expect no warranty or support.

If not you're welcome to return it for a refund or exchange. If there are any manufacturing defects affecting the quality we can assist with a replacement.
