Hi, I'd like to warn you all of the travel agency "Grand American Adventures" and their trip titled "Canadian Rockies and Wilderness". I've had the worst time there. They haven't kept any of their promises. It was written that the trip is suitable for all levels of fitness but it's just for people that likes to run, and to be rushed up a hill! They didn't pause even to take a look at the view or to take a Picture. On their trip plan it says that there are two tour leaders for two seperate routes, but the tour leaders both refused to give us the seperate hike option. You pay a lot off money for this trip, and you would think the tour leaders would be professionals, but the leader was just a childish 25 years old that behaves like an army officer. This experience was like an army boot camp. The food unlike promised wasn't suitable for vegetarians. We had to wait 4 hungry days until they were kind enough to bring us some vegetarian food. Later on, we turned to the office to help us with the above, but they couldn't solve those issues. The last days worsened, one of the tour leaders told us the next days will be too tough for us, and that we're slowing down the tour, so we should find other occupations such as shopping, meseum tour, etc. When we spoke to the leader about all the differences between what was promised on the site and what really happened. He said the office and the tour leaders has no communication and that "they got no clue what we do here". Anyway, in my opinion it's a big waste of time and money. I really do NOT recommend you to book this trip!
