They Don't Give Damn
I purchased a 4 day service London to the Caribbean. Customs documents completed. Parcel was collected on the 11th June 2021. Arrived in the Caribbean circa 18th June 2021. I was advised there was a customs delay. Today, 13th August 2021 the parcel still has not been delivered. P2G has been contacted time and time again via chat. The only method they give to make contact. Following a bitter complaint on 4th July P2G sent me a blank airway bill, (AWB) and asked for more details. I again provided details of the parcel contents and returned the completed AWB on the 4th July 2021. It took P2G 10 days to pass on the AWB. Despite this. The parcel still has not been delivered. Repeatedly contacting P2G all they say is '... they are awaiting an update from their agent and a case has been opened'. They advised they would be contacting the recipient, to-date they have made no such contact. And will not provide contact details for their agent on the island. So in short they do nothing to promote the resolution of this matter. My advice is spend your money directly with TNT FedEx or DHL. Forget this P2G boggit and leggit outfit. Worse still, P2G is a customer of legitimate courier firms. In my case the parcel was actually delivered by TNT FedEx of which P2G is their customer. TNT FedEx are actually quite helpful but refer me back to P2G as P2G is their actual customer. Avoid this outfit. Totally incompetent and disinterested in actually resolving this matter.
