Ordered 2 wood tables, both arrived SHATTERED. There was not one ounce of packaging in these boxes other than a paper thin sheet of whoknowswhat. NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH. I called the online number and was told I would have to send pictures to the e-commerce department. I sent the pictures to the address immediately. I received an email back stating the associate has "started an investigation" with the photos and I should receive a refund within 10 business days. I am really baffled as to why there is the need for an "investigation". This is not a murder scene. I requested clarification on this and have not had a response. It has been 2 days. IMO, 10 days to be holding over $400 of my money is unacceptable. This was their issue, not mine. How about training your employees how to pack a box or better yet, if this is coming from a vendor, have a quality discussion. This is online shipping 101. So, I will sit for 10 days and wait for the "investigation" which at this point is laughable.

On December 6,2017, I placed an order from this company. 4 days later on December 10, I received an email with a 25% off coupon on the item I ordered. This item had not shipped or arrived yet. On December 11, I called VV andI waited on hold while loud, repetitive music played for over 30 minutes. Since I have a JOB, I could not wait any further. I then sent an email on that same day to request the refund. On December 18 I still had not received an email response from the company. I called VV again on the 18th, and after another 30+ minute hold time, I was disconnected. On December 19, I called again with another 30+ minute hold time and AGAIN, my call was dropped. I am astounded at the lack of service this company has shown. The prices they charge are outrageous and you'd think they'd treat their customers better than this. They should be embarrassed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I will continue to call and email until I receive a response. I will NEVER EVER EVER shop here again. FAILURE.

Let me just say I have NEVER seen a more corrupt company. They basically ROB YOU BLIND and there's nothing you can do about it. I really have no words to describe them other than slow, dishonest and opportunistic. I have sold via consignment for years. I take extremely good care of my things and never send anything with damage, stains, pills, snags, etc. It has to be in perfect condition for me to sell to consignment. They basically give you pennies on the dollar. I have beautiful name brand items, calvin klein, j crew, anthropologie... still PENNIES on the dollar. Think $32 for a bag of approximately $1500 in clothes. This place is a joke. I have several friends who feel the same. TRUST ME, RUN AWAY!

I seriously do not know how this company stays in business. I have yet to deal with a company that has worse service than fabric.com I called no less than 6 times regarding an order and was given 6 different excuses by 6 different representatives, including a manager. The manager then told me he would call me back to resolve the issue and never did. I cannot even begin to explain what transpired from here on out because it's so aggravating. This company is a JOKE. Website pictures are horrible, swatch shipping time ridiculous and don't ever expect to have an issue resolved. STAY AWAY!
