I saw their ad on Facebook, so I decided to check them out. The prices where very affordable considering the brand. I placed my order on April 3rd, 2024. Everything went through smoothly. Later on I got an shipping email, with an expectant delivery date of Mon. April 8, ok cool. Mon. Goes by no delivery, checked tracking again and it now has the 9th. Tues. Goes by no delivery, & now it says the 10th. There hasn't been an update in tracking since Sat April 6th. I called MK, the rep tells me that "UPS couldn't delivery the package, so it was transferred to USPS, and to give it more time. Ok...Wed goes by, no delivery. I called USPS and I was told "they haven't received the package." Called MK back and a rep says they have received it, that they have confirmation that they did. That it takes USPS a little more time to deliver sometimes and to give it more time. If I hadn't received it by Fri or Sat. Called them back for a refund."

Now between three phone calls to MK, asking for my refund, they're constantly repeating themselves every time. Now, there hasn't been an update in days, USPS says they didn't receive it and to call the retailer, but MK email tracking keeps changing the delivery date. I asked to speak to a supervisor after the rep said "she had spoken to one for a resolution and they said to "give it more days." After putting me on hold, she said no supervisor was available they were all in a meeting." How convenient they're all of a sudden unavailable and in a "meeting" now, when I wanted to talk to him or her. So I asked, "didn't you just speak to one about my issue?" She stammered a little and said, "we have a certain way to communicate by phone" or something. Blah blah blah at this point with me.
Now the date says Mon. April 15th. I doubt if I'll ever get my order, but come Thurs. I will get my refund or I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs. This was my first and absolute last time ever ordering for this place. Money and time wasted. At this point I think it was either lost or stolen. Oh well...
UPDATE 4/15/24...
UPS confirmed the tracking number MK sent me wasn't their's. USPS also called and confirmed they never received the package. MK said I would get a full refund, but they lied again and took $15 from my refund without any explanation. BUYER BEWARE! From my experience it's a complete scam. Buy in-store and in person.

I placed my order on June 16,2023 and I have yet to receive my order. After receiving coupons and a discount code through email, I decided to give them a try. The site has some nice attire, at a good price. One of the items, I wanted to wear for the 4th of July (not happening). So, I placed an order (two items). The ordering process was easy and quick. After placing an order, it'll take about 5 days for the items to ship ( site didn't say that, only after my order was placed). On the 21st, I got a shipping notification. There wasn't a shipping update after the 25th. I emailed customer service and asked "where in the world was my order, because there were no updated shipping info". He gave me the shipping process and what could cause any shipping delays (already knew that, thought the company could find out more than me), but he couldn't tell me where my order was pretty much. He was very polite and understanding.

The next day, the shipping info was updated. However, as of this morning July 2nd, it only states "arrived shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item"...really (sigh). I've ordered international before and got my order in a week or so, with updated shipping info, time and place included. I don't even know where the heck the "shipping partner facility" is located. I have no idea when I'll ever get this order. I hope the items are nice and fit well, because if returning them is anything like shipping them, I won't even bother. I'll just give them to someone or donate them.

First order will be my last. Very dissatisfied.

I've placed/received several orders from Temu and I'm satisfied with them all. I've only had to request a refund or store credit for three of my items. Which isn't a big deal, it's hit or miss with shopping. You would think that with the low prices, the items aren't the best quality, but most of the ones I've purchased are. I like to browse the app, just to see what they have. Customer service was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. My refund was returned in a timely manner and so was the store credit.

Now, if your looking for high-end name brand products, continue looking. If your looking for dependable, affordable, and unique finds, then look no further. Keep in mind though, not all products are going to be what you wanted/expected, as with any other store. Some will be just what you wanted/expected them to be. Especially, shopping online. Happy customer here and I will continue to shop from Temu

Temu's "free gift" is scammish to me. They have you select gifts that you're granted, after spinning the wheel (five for me). Now, in order to get your "free gifts" you have to invite several friends thru message, email, etc. They have to select your invite, download the app, and create an account, which I didn't know before sending. Ok, after each one do so, you get money deducted from the total of items you chose (thought they were free though). Several of my invites were answered, good right...nope. It started out with $4 deducted, $2 deducted, $1 deducted, $.50 deducted. Now, I only had $.50 left to go, before I could get the items for free. How about another invite was accepted and they only deducted $.30. Yet, they're still asking to refer a friend, I'm done! This is they're way of getting free advertising, without paying you to do so. Another scamming marketing technique. Don't fall for it as I did...it's a complete waste.of time.

I've been a member since 2013. Shopping in bulk has always been a budget friendly choice for my family and I. What I liked most about Sam's was their many varieties of name brand products, as well as store brand, at an affordable price. From personal needs to housewares, they have something for your day to day needs. As well as their Plus membership benefits.

Lately, I've noticed that their prices has really went up, especially their poultry...ouch. A Lot of items they use to carry are no longer available. Shipping orders take longer to get to you, at least mine did. Their Plus membership is $10 higher this year, with taxes it's $116.70 in my area. Plus no longer offers the 5 percent cash back, it's 2 percent now. Early bird shopping is no longer available in our area since COVID, even though it states it's a part of their Plus membership. Use to be free shipping with Plus, now it's free shipping on most items.

Our renewal was due on Nov 22. We've never done auto renewal, always paid online or in person. Sam's however, took it upon themselves to charge my card for the renewal fee...without our consent. I contacted them immediately and requested a refund. In order to get my refund, they had to cancel our membership...fine with me. The rep offered a $50 store credit in order to get us to stay, no thank you. As I told him, I'm not ok with anyone charging my card without my consent, no matter how long I've been with them. Especially since the changes I've noticed. I received my refund in a few days.
If I ever go back to Sam's, it'll just be the reg membership, but as of now, we are in no hurry to do so. A bit of advice, don't ever allow any business/website to save your credit/debit card info. They can have free will with it anytime they choose.

Tip for consumers:
Don't allow them to save your credit/debit card info. After your item has shipped, go back and remove your card info.

I've been a customer for more than 10 yrs. Some of my purchases were great quality and some not so great. That's typical though, hit and miss when shopping. Customer services has always been polite and professional.

I have notice a change in product quality. I use to love the Temp-tations nonstick bakeware & cookware. According to their advertising, it's suppose to last for many years to come. I ordered a Le Cruset stock pot, which is suppose to be top of the line, not for me. The Lock and Lock containers are one of my favorite items. Some of my bakeware starting cracking over time and the porcelain baking tray (came with the casserole dish) broke apart in my oven. My stock pot's lid squirted the liquid content all over my stove, from moisture building up around the lid. Wasn't even spill proof. Both items cost a pretty penny too. The Lock and Lock container's rubber seal builds up mildew, from water buildup underneath. I had to start taking the seal out while washing and drying the seal seperate. That possibility was never mention when I purchased my items. They suggest you remove the seal before washing now. Guess I wasn't the only one to complain.
Usually, getting a refund was super quick, within 24 hrs. I was told by a rep, it would take up to 10 days now to see my refund posted back to my card. Their email stated, "contact us if you don't see your refund posted into your account within two billing statement cycles". That's 2 mons... what the heck QVC?!

Things just aren't the same anymore. I don't know if it's new ownership, new management, or effects for the pandimic. I am more weary of buying from QVC. I will always read the reviews before purchasing items from now on.

I've been a customer for years now and I'm still happy with my purchases. Their flag's quality are great, so colorful, affordable, and last for years. They have flags for every season and many occations. They will match pricing if you find the same flag for a lower price too. Great delivery time as well.

Etsy's website is easy to use, a lot of options to chose from, and something for everyone. I've only shopped for house plants, which was a disappointment. I've purchased from two sellers and the plants were beautiful. The problem is that they weren't rooted good, just cuttings. After following their directions with repotting, they started yellowing and eventually died. Money wasted, so I'm done with ordering plants from Etsy.
Even so, I'm still browsing for other items.

Tip for consumers:
The plants my look beautiful on top, but always check their root system. That is what's going to keep your plants healthy and thriving.

Zulily is a great site to shop on for everyday use items. The prices are up to 85% off the regular price. I've gotten top name brand products from purses, clothing, to kitchen items, etc at a great price. Yes, some Items I weren't too satisfied with, but that's just consumer risk shopping online. However, their customer service dept was very helpful with my issues. Their shipping time is better than before also. It use to take weeks before receiving your items. Now some items can ship out quickly, as long as you see the rocket symbol next to it. Their app is convient and give you notification of new items for that day. Items use to only be available for three days, but now most are available beyond that. Good company

I've been a customer off an on with DirecTV for years. I recently went back after cancelling my services, due to cutbacks on the job. I had to pay $199 upfront, because of my credit report... ok, no problem. Depending on your credit determines if or how much you have to pay upfront, before you can get tv services with them. I paid it on 1/4/21. My next bill was due on 1/30/21, which was paid on time and has been every month since.
I got an email from them on 4/13/21 stating my next bill was $199 more than usual. I called to see what was going on. The first rep stated that it was a credit charge for receiving services. I told him that it was paid upfront in Jan before my services was activated. After he took some time to go over my acct, he returned only to say the exact same thing. I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and told him that I didn't want a call back, I needed to speak to them now. Once I explained to the manager what was going on, he looked at my acct, and agreed with me. He said it just magically appeared and I told him, just like it magically appeared, it should magically disappear. So, after it took 3 dropped calls on their in, speaking to five different reps, two hours trying to get it resolved...
I was finally able to speak with someone who knew how to resolve the issue and get it removed. He open a claim for me to have it removed and said it would take 7 days to process.
DirecTV's billing dept isn't accurate. I've had similar issues in the past with them. At times I've had my bill go up without notice and had to call to get it resolved. I like their tv services, but their billing dept is a huge headache at times. I highly recommend that people keep their receipts and look over their bill throughly. Especially since already paid transactions just "magically appear" on your statement.

Always keep your receipts and check your bill throughly.

I ordered two 4 inch potted Philodendron Micans last Summer, after being on the wait list. The pic that's being advertised is lushful & healthy looking. However, that's not what I got. It took close to 4 weeks before I even received my order. When I finally got them, they were itty bitty looking sprouts, barely rooted. I allowed them to acclimate for a few days to my home. I repotted them together, praying that they'll take root. After some time, I notice some tiny new growth. It's been several months now and the leaves and new growth are still tiny. To say I'm disappointed is a huge understatement. I'm invested now, so I'm hoping this Spring, after fertilizing them again, they'll do a lot better. Pistilnursery asked for a review after a couple days. I don't give a review until I've had a product or item for sometime. In order to make sure it's what it's suppose to be. I gave a review a week or so ago, but they didn't post it. Most reviews you see on their site is 5 stars, yeah ok. After the amount of time I waited for this plant, the amount of time it took to receive it, and the condition of the plant... I won't be ordering from here again. This is my experience and honest opinion.

I've bought from Amazon for years. Most of my experience is good. However, I've notice that any review pertaining to my shipping experience or damaged items aren't being posted on their site. The email claims "the review wasn't in their policy guidline". Which isn't true at all. There's no profanity, no direspect towards the company, or any of the sort. They want you to go to a seperate section to discuss any shipping problems. Yet, when I do, I can't access it. All of my positive reviews are quickly published, but my negative reviews aren't. Consumers should know what type of companies they are dealing with and if they're getting a value for their hard earned money. Playing pick and choose between reviews isn't fair to consumers. It's my honest opinion, about bad shipping, damaged goods, poor quality materials, etc. I mean, that's what they ask for, so why play hide and seek. Truth is truth, rather good or bad. My last order, one of my items was broken into pieces. Don't know if it was from packing or shipping, but it was broke. Customer service was great, in helping me get my money back quickly. But, Amazon wouldn't post my review at all. Facts are facts...

I've purchased several house plants from here and they are beautiful, affordable, and free shipping. However, my last order was cancelled and I requested a refund, because the plant sold out. Ok, no problem, or so I thought. After checking my bank account for several days, no refund deposit showed up. I contacted them thru email and ask "when can I expect my refund"?. They emailed me back to say " it was issued 5/4/20 and removed from their account. That I should contact my bank about the transaction, being released, etc". I did just that, but no refund deposit from Planterina was ever deposited back into my account. My bank and I went thru my history, no pending transaction was showing up, nothing. The transaction showing was when they were paid on April 29,2020. Emailed them back, but got the same response over and over again. I never received my refund and probably never will. Planterina doesn't have a physical address online nor on their site. With that being, there isn't anyway to file a complaint with CA or BBB. Talk about convenient for them huh. I'm very disappointed that this has happened. You take a chance when ordering online, I know. It only takes one time for me to get burn. Never will I ever buy from this Nursery again. Update... After posting my review I received my refund. STILL, customers be aware just in case. I still feel the same a far as doing business with them. Especially, since all three plants died eventually.

If you're looking for some affordable, stylish, and unique shoes, then check out DSW. I ordered three pair of sandals at a great price, plus I received free shipping. They are gorgeous! I've gotten loads of compliments on them. What I love most is that the styles I ordered aren't found in stores near me. Uniqueness is a plus for me. They send me discounts and coupons as well. The ONLY con is that the shipping takes a little longer than most I've ordered from to get here.

First, let me say that this review is base on my experience with Crickets customer service ability to solve my/our terrible signal issues.
My family upgraded our phones and plans back in November. We got the four phones plans for $100, as well new phones. Hot spot, unlimited data, etc... ok. Our signal was strong with our old phones, but since day one of "upgrading" to our new phones it has been horrible. We have called more than three times about this issue. Several different reps has tried multiple techniques to help us, we were told "the tower that we were getting our signal from was malfunctioning", told "they switched us to another tower that would get our signal strength back", told "to cut our phones off/restart, and they would call back in five minutes". Neither of them EVER called us back.
Calling or going to the stores is no help at all either. Now we're stuck with this extremely poor signal. Cricket Wireless was the best in our rural area that actually provide us with a strong signal. That's why we switched from our previous provider. But as of a few weeks ago they are just as terrible as the rest we've tried.
You know the name fits them well, because ALL we hear is Crickets when trying to use our services.

I called to check on my return status, spoke with customer service, she kept repeating what she saw in her system, I'm telling her what the USP service is showing in there system, that my package had been delivered on Feb 27,2019@ 10:51 am, she couldn't answer any of my questions and continue to repeat herself about what she see on her end. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, she refused me three times, became rude and when I told her I was going to file a complaint about her services/lack there of, she completely stopped talking, just silence. She didn't hang up because the time was still adding up. I hung up called right back, told the rep what had happened, she quickly looked my info up and told me my refund was being process and it will be added within two weeks. At first I was told it wasn't showing up as returned in their system, but a minute later it's being process. Yeah, I bet it is now. Terrible shipping method, took too long to receive my orders, rude, unprofessional customer service (some, not all). They will never get my money again
