I searched for a specific brand of shoe and found this web site - just what I wanted and at a really great price. I ordered the shoes but they sent me socks. I tried emailing several times. When I finally received a reply to my email, they said they could either give me a full refund if I returned the merchandise to them (in China, at my cost, with no guarantee that they would ever receive it) or receive a partial (33%) refund if I kept the wrong merchandise. After numerous emails, I agreed to the refund but it never happened. They kept saying that they processed the refund but it never appeared. They kept promising to check with their finance department but, as of this date, still no refund and they no longer respond to my emails. Thankfully, my credit card company was able to give me the same % refund because I was able to supply them with the order number, item name and number, and proof of payment. Good thing I kept everything and documented all correspondence.
