... unless you are 100% certain that you will love the item and that it will fit. It arrived from China and did not fit well. The material was nothing like the photo and the sleeves of the dress were uneven. I cannot return, must keep but they will give me a 40% credit (no thanks, not ordering from here again), or a 30% credit on my cc. How ridiculous. And yes, I did read the Returns policy prior to purchase. Never again.

Ordered a gift for my husband. Due to the timing of purchase & birthday I am out of the 45 day return window as the item did not fit. No problem, I just called and requested an exchange. I'll even pay for whatever shipping would cost. NOPE. "We don't do exchanges." So, I'm just out of luck? Yes, sorry. When I told her I would not be shopping with them again she responded in a gleeful tone - okay! Ridiculous. I wish I would have read some of the other reviews before purchasing from them.
