I wish I could give "0" stars. I emailed them (no response), emailed two days later (no response), emailed two weeks later (no response), called them (inbox was full), called them and left a message (no response), called them (FINALLY SOMEONE ANSWERED YAAAAAYYYYYYY).
Customer service is terrible and the girl on the phone didn't seem too concerned that the mechant did not give the full spectrum of services. She offered me a $20 credit and I was out $100.
