I was up late one evening and ordered a product from a site I didn't recognize. I give everyone at least one chance but have since changed my mind. First, I placed my order with the understanding of the timeframe. However, I never thought my order would never shipped and that I would still be dealing with this place as of today. My order was placed on January 11,2019. The only was to contact this alleged company is by email. I will say, at first, they respond quickly and then it tapers off. After numerous attemps to get the product, I asked for a refund. The email customer service kept putting me off to delay a refund. I had to create a PayPal account to even get a refund, no other option is available. I finally got a refund for $18.99 but that isn't the full amount of 26.99. I know people say, oh it's only 26.99 but no, it's time to say, "I will not be treated like this even if the cost is a penny". So, from January 2019, no product and still no full refund. It took til April 9th, 2019 to get 18.99 credit. I'm still on them for the other 8.00.
