Agree with the negative reviews - this company are a nightmare to deal with - 20 min wait times on the phone, different staff each time. Sold tickets through viagogo, originally purchased from ticketmaster, which had to be changed to collection at the event (which was a ticketmaster decision, not mine). Viagogo completely ignored my explanation and cancelled the tickets the day before as they don't do box office collection.
