So sorry I ever placed an order with Vancaro. I didn't have a good feeling about this company in the first place but placed the order as a favor for my nephew. He wanted to give the ring to his girlfriend on her birthday which was last Saturday, September 26,2020. The ring never made it (still in customs - 16 days now) he passed away on Tuesday, September 29,2020. Emails, phone calls all go unanswered and texts messages receive the same genaric response.
