Please don't use this carrier they are so unreliable and just all round not great. I paid £4.58 to deliver a parcel weighing 0.8 kg
I thought this was quite expensive anyway but continued to pay so it was alright and the customer got the parcel fine but soon after I got an email saying the parcel weighed 1.5 kg and that I needed to pay an EXTRA £3.44 + Vat! They are money grabbers not recommended service what a rip off.
Tip for consumers:
Please use another courier it’s a lot safer and cheaper.
