I booked a flight from Hamilton to Calgary with this Company, believing I got a lower price with them then directly with Westjet back in March 2020. When the confirmation arrived a couple hours later, it stated payment was in USD, and the exchange wiped out any savings. As no ticket had been issued, I cancelled the ticket immediately, and I received an e-mail stating I am to get a full refund of $282.40 USD.the very next day. It is now Sept. 10, and after several more promises of a refund I am still waiting. Due to Corona flights were cancelled or changed, but a refund as promised several times would only be fair and honest. Peter.
