Great site and excellent service. There is a live chat on their website that makes it easy to ask your questions before you buy their services. They are helpful and friendly. I have also used their service for a couple of days now and it is working wonderfully.

Great site to watch videos on. I regret however that I can not see how much buffering I have accumulated. I have a slow internet connection and it would be nice if I could put a video on pause and wait a long time so that I have enough buffer to watch the video in a smooth manner. There is buffering but you just cannot see how much has accumulated.

You get the license key immediately by email to unblock the software product. I had to use their support service because on one of my computers I could not get the product to run. I got an answer a couple hours later with a solution to my problem (the problem wasn't with the product but the setup of my windows system was faulty).
