There are no returns allowed, so if a product is not what you expected or hoped for, find someone to give it to.

The cancellation policy is horrid. If you purchase a year's subscription and decide after one box that you want to cancel, you can, but there is no refund for the three boxes you will not be getting.

The blanket, which was pretty in the picture, was the most ugly thing I've ever seen in a blanket. The colors were wretched. I tried to return it, but they declined as "ugly" was not a good enough reason. The fabric feels cheap and sleazy. Now I have this ugly, sleazy blanket still in the plastic wrap because what am I going to do with it? I don't have a dog to sleep on it.

In other Facebook posts Prideirish claims these blankets are made in Portland, Oregon. They most definitely are not. If so, then why was the shipping label from China? The company sends the blankets to China to be mailed back to me?
