Before you even log into this site there are 4 OLD GRUBBY FAT GUYS AS the representatives of Consumer Cellular. It's embarrassing that this is used as the presentation of this company! Granted Americans are becoming slobs but to condone it as representation of a company is quite SAD!

Products used:
The service pricing is excellent I just wanted to bring to the attention of the company that they might want to change what is presented on their opening page of their log in site.

I WAS PROMISED THAT MY CAR WOULD BE PICKED UP IN 30-60 MINUTES AND IT TOOK ABOUT 3 HOURS...I couldn't even cancel since to do that would have been about $120 (half of what was paid) WHICH BTW WASN'T DISCLOSED UNTIL AFTER I WAS CHARGED! NO INTEGRITY, NO ETHICS AND LIARS!

Tip for consumers:
This company doesn't even have a website that has any information.....again buyer beware!

I'd give this business a minus 5 if I could. The overseas people they use are USELESS when it comes to understanding American English. They are nothing more then yes people...unable to accomplish anything useful...why does a company like this become so unethical...corporate GREED I would guess. I was thrown into the premium account (NOT GIVEN THE CHOICE WHEN I FIRST SIGNED IN...I tried to change that within the first 24 hours once I saw that on my account...yet it took them about 10 days to change it...I was charged the premium price anyway and they promised to change it and give me a credit...LIARS! It was finally my cable company (Cox) that gave me the credit! NETFLIX IS VERY, VERY, VERY UNETHICAL!

There was a settlement for the class action suit for the LASH BOOST, which ruined my lashes (which have yet to be the same, 2 years later) YET THE SUIT IS A JOKE Case No. CIVDS ******* Scherr vs Rodan and Fields is a lie, you can only use the voucher to purchase more R & F's products, which was so disturbing and a slap in the face thinking that I would use this companies products when one of them ruined my lashes...why would anyone in their right mind use a company which as been sued for really bad product performance? I guess people have zero boundaries! I have found excellent products (much better) elsewhere and for less! What I'm saying is I've just lost the $250.00 reimbursement for the suit since I will never purchase any of R & F's products again!

I ordered and paid for an item in April of 2023 and NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM PAID FOR. I've been asking citibank for weeks now to refund this merchants charge and they have yet to process and credit me back the funds. I've called I've done several chats and they keep telling me they will do this and have yet DONE NOTHING ABOUT MY DISPUTE...I'VE NEVER DEALT WITH A BANK SO FLAT OUT AWFUL! I'd give them a minus 5 if I could.

This company oneher.com must be a scam and citibank HAS BEEN USELESS IN REGARDS TO HELPING GET MY MONIES BACK!!!!!

I purchased a 6 ft. Kitchen Island from this company and after a month they had the color I had really wanted. I proceeded to get an OK from them to return the original purchase (which had never been unpacked but was after the usual return date) They had OK'd the return but I kept getting emails about not approving tl since it was past the return date. Then another emails saying it was OK, this went back and forth like this for a very long time, then they said if I paid for the return shipping it would be OK (which BTW was almost the cost of the island) This nonsense went on for 2.5 weeks...they are foreigners and have very poor communications skills so be very clear about what you want because if not they are a nightmare to deal with.

BUYER BEWARE THAT THIS COMPANY IS OVERSEAS!

This company (owned by Ryan Reynolds) is the worst cellular service I've encountered. They download the sim to my iPhone via the web and it screwed my phone up so badly that I went back to my other carrier (Consumer Cellular) which took two days for them to fix the problem that was downloaded by MINT. With mint I was unable to text or call anyone that did not have an iPhone... plus they added a feature for cellular data that was what caused the problem... so every time I wanted to call I needed to make sure the cell data feature was not on the contact info but had to click on the primary # or my phone wouldn't work. Mint was USELESS when it came to them helping (plus the accents were so thick it was VERY HARD to understand them). They had no idea what they were doing! DO NOT USE MINT MOBILE IF YOU WANT YOUR PHONE TO WORK EFFICIENTLY!

Tip for consumers:
BUYER BEWARE SOMETIMES THE DEALS ARE A BATE AND SWITCH DEALS! PRICE GOES WAY UP AFTER FIRST 3 MONTHS!!!!

STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND 7 DAYS LATER. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY CAN'T SEEM TO FIND ANYTHING (NO SURPRISE THERE) IDIOTS SCREW UP MY PHONE WITH THE eSIM AND THEN CAN'T FIND ME IN THE SYSTEM. I CANCELLED 2 DAYS AFTER THEY DOWNLOADED THE CARD AND SCREWED UP MY PHONE AND NOW THEY CAN'T FIND THE AMOUNT TO REFUND!!!! COLOR ME SURPRISED (NOT)!

I requested a repair of my microwave hood over 2 weeks ago. I was given a ref# for that repair but now that it's been 2 weeks since the request I went online to find out the progress and it's NOT THERE. COLOR ME SURPRISED (NOT)! This is the second time that LG has dropped the ball for repair service. I HAD AN EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING ISSUE WITH MY REFRIGERATOR REPAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT CANCELING MY SERVICE TO STOP MY COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR POOR SERVICE. THE CANCELATION COVERS THER LAME BACKSIDES SO THEY COULD SAY THEY NEVER GOT THE REQUEST! THEN 3 MONTHS LATER I FINALLY GOT IT DONE WHEN I WENT TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY, THIS IS A VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY. NO INTEGRITY WHAT SO EVER. SAMSUNG IS SO MUCH BETTER WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS AND GREAT APPLIANCES!

I purchased from this company and would give them a minus 5 if I could. I purchased vinyl flooring and then come to find out it was the cheapest product on the market and I paid a premium price in fact it's just like linoleum flooring because the linoleum sample I have from another flooring company is actually a better product. What is it a bait and switch just to get business? I've gone back and forth with this company to get a few things fixed and now they are ignoring my request to fix a flaw in one of the rooms where the floor is installed. Most untrustworthy company ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE my experience is with the business LAS VEGAS, NV. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such an unethical people/business.

Reviews help people to get businesses attention since they rely on reviews and this company is one of the worst I've ever come across.

I ordered this Folding Rollaway Bed on Amazon with Prime delivery, they charged my account and created a label but UPS NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT TO SHIP... THE COMPANY REPS WERE USELESS AT HELPING KEPT SENDING ME BLANK EMAILS SO I FINALLY CALLED AMAZON AND GOT A FULL REFUND... DO NOT ORDER FROM GIANTEX IT'S GOT TO BE A SCAM.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES I returned something purchased and was given 1/2 credit on my card and then was given a gift card for the other half, I said what the heck I paid full price why do I only get half back. I was told "well you can use the gift card to shop" I will be calling corporate and retuning my Platinum Macy's Card since their treatment of their customers have become VERY, VERY, VERY POOR

For years I have ordered the ballerina neck Pima Shirts until this last year, after more then 6-7 years they changed their cut on the shirt to accommodate the over weight women, it used to have an hour glass cut but since American's are getting heavier the cut is now straight and a bit longer to allow for no waist lines and fatter guts. Sad because I loved this shirt for years but wasted a lot of money with my usual order last year. Never again, sorry Talbots you lost another customer.

I agree with all the other reviewers it's a waste of time and money zero information and most of it is not current or even correct. They only refund some of your money you pay to get scammed by this company.
